§1. General provisions
These terms of use set out the rules for using the website available at https://www.hox.org.pl (the "Website").
The Website is operated by:

Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.
§2. Definitions
- Operator — Przestrzeń Innowacyjna HO'X, the entity running the Website.
- User — a person using the Website.
- Account — an individual profile in the iVerse space, available after registration and logging in.
- Services — the functionalities made available on the Website.
§3. Types and scope of services
Through the Website, the Operator provides:
- access to informational content about the HO’X innovation space and its projects,
- a contact form allowing messages to be sent,
- registration and login to the iVerse space (a feature for logged-in Users).
Use of the Website is free of charge.
§4. Account and login
Creating an Account requires providing an e-mail address and setting a password. The User undertakes to provide truthful data and to keep the password confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
The User may request deletion of the Account at any time by contacting kontakt@hox.org.pl.
§5. Contact form
Sending a message via the form requires providing a first and last name, an e-mail address and the message content. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding — details in the Privacy Policy.
§6. Technical requirements
Using the Website requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser with support for JavaScript and cookies.
§7. Copyright
The content, trademarks, logos and graphic materials available on the Website are the property of the Operator or are used with the consent of the rights holders and are subject to legal protection. Copying or distributing them without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
§8. Liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the Website functions correctly, but is not liable for interruptions arising from technical reasons or for the consequences of using the Website in breach of these terms.

Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted to kontakt@hox.org.pl. The Operator examines complaints within 14 days.
§10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms; Users will be informed of changes by publication of the new version on the Website.
